JSBCloud provides quality network infrastructure with bandwidth ranging from 200 Mbps to 1 Gbps depending on the plan, under Fair Use terms. This policy defines the rules for reasonable use of our resources to ensure an optimal experience for all our customers.

Usage is considered reasonable when it:
Bandwidth varies by plan (200 Mbps to 1 Gbps). Continuous use at 100% capacity over extended periods is considered abusive.
In case of abuse: Bandwidth may be throttled to 50 Mbps.
Allocated processor resources must be used reasonably. Continuous 100% usage over extended periods may impact other customers.
In case of abuse: vCPUs may be throttled or the service suspended if the user does not take necessary corrective measures.
Not affected: Dedicated Bare Metal servers are not subject to this Fair Use policy. You have full access to all your server's resources without restrictions.
Shared web hosting has no specific defined limits but remains subject to the general principle of reasonable use.

JSBCloud uses monitoring tools to track resource usage and detect anomalies. These systems allow us to:
In case of non-compliance with this policy, JSBCloud will apply proportionate measures:

| Minor | Warning email sent inviting the customer to regularize their consumption |
| Significant | Email notification + immediate application of limitations (bandwidth throttled to 50 Mbps, vCPU limitation) or service suspension |
| Repeat offense | Suspension or termination of service in accordance with the Terms and Conditions |
Limitations will be lifted once the customer has taken the necessary corrective measures.
