Prohibited Activities on JSBCloud

At JSBCloud, we pride ourselves on providing reliable, responsible infrastructure that complies with international regulations.
To protect our customers' security and the stability of our services, certain activities are strictly prohibited across all our offerings: Web Hosting, VPS, Cloud, Game Servers, and Bare Metal.
1. Illegal Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Adult or pornographic content (including softcore)
- Pirated content or copyright infringement (movies, software, music, games, etc.)
- Sale of illegal products (drugs, weapons, unauthorized medications, etc.)
- Hate speech, racism, homophobia, incitement to violence
- Extremist content or glorification of terrorism
- Content harmful to individuals (defamation, harassment, revenge porn, etc.)
2. Fraud and Scams
- Phishing and fraudulent sites imitating legitimate services
- Online scams (Ponzi schemes, crypto-fakes, fake stores)
- Dubious banking or investment sites (unregulated)
- Identity or brand impersonation
3. Malicious Activities
- Malware, ransomware, trojans, backdoor scripts
- Botnets, command and control servers (C&C)
- Participation in DDoS attacks or attack amplification
- Hacking tools, network scanners, bruteforce tools
- Unauthorized pentesting on third-party systems
4. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Spam and mass unsolicited emails
- Fraudulent SMS or calls
- Abusive scraping of personal data
5. Resource Abuse
- Crypto-mining (cryptocurrency mining)
- Seedboxes and P2P/torrent file hosting
- Public mirrors and warez sites
- Open proxies or high-traffic public VPNs
- High-audience streaming services without prior agreement

6. Affected Services
These prohibitions apply to all our offerings:
- Web Hosting
- VPS (Eco, Ryzen, Intel)
- Cloud Servers
- Game Servers
- Bare Metal
- Reseller
Note: Bare Metal servers have flexibility on Fair Use but remain subject to the same legal prohibitions.
7. Why These Restrictions?
- Comply with the law and remain in accordance with French and international regulations
- Protect our customers against abuse, attacks, and service interruptions
- Guarantee quality of service across all our offerings
- Preserve the reputation of our infrastructure and IP addresses
8. Penalties for Non-Compliance

JSBCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service without notice in case of serious violation of these rules.
9. Dispute
If you believe a suspension or limitation was applied in error, you can dispute this decision:
Your request will be reviewed as soon as possible. If the error is confirmed, the service will be restored.
10. Cooperation with Authorities
In accordance with French legislation (notably the LCEN - Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy), JSBCloud:
- Retains connection data for the legally required period
- Cooperates with judicial authorities upon legal request
- Reports manifestly illegal activity to the relevant authorities
This cooperation aims to ensure a safer Internet and fight against cybercrime.
